Description

Milestone’s UltraWAVE microwave digestion lab station allows food chemists and QA/QC managers digest samples in mixed batches simultaneously and up to 2g of sample.

THROUGHPUT: With our patented Single Reaction Chamber (SRC) technology the UltraWAVE is able run mixed batches of up to 22 samples simultaneously with the capability of operating at extreme temperatures (up to 300°C) and pressures (up to 199bar) when needed.

SPEED: Digestion run times with the UltraWave are faster than closed vessel digestion due to very rapid heating coupled with efficient cooling to provide the highest data quality and minimizing sample turn-around time.

ROI: SRC technology offers significant benefits over traditional methods of microwave digestion for foods analysis and allows labs to run any sample type while using different acid chemistries for each sample, greatly increasing workflow efficiency and reducing the overall cost per sample.

Key features include:

  • Ability to digest a wide variety of food sample types in the same run
  • Higher sample throughput
  • Reduced labor costs
  • High performance
  • Complete, high quality digestions of almost any matrix
  • Minimal blank contamination
  • No loss of volatiles
  • Use of disposal vials for hassle free cleaning

The UltraWAVE breaks the sample prep “bottleneck” by removing the limitations of conventional closed vessel systems, making microwave digestion more effective and more efficient than ever before.
